CJ稠浆式搅拌釜通过强力的搅拌形态、搅拌、混合、分散使物料在较短的时间内达到要求。达到产品要求的无聊，通过料桶地步的气动阀用输送泵将物料从桶内派出，可直接灌装到容器内。搅拌器在料桶内壁间有刮料结构，可使较稠的物料通过刮板不粘结在桶壁上。适用水性物料时，更换颜色及产品时，冲洗简单。采用主机和钢板平台的组合结构，可一次性安装到位，方便生产，操作简单。

| Specifically designed for triple action mixing and dispersing.The robust layout allows the mixing and pre-dispersing of heavy paste products.The auger screw stirrer assitsts wirh speedy incorporation of powder solids whilst the anchor stirrer moves the mass around the circumference of the vessel whilst scraping the interior vessel wall.The double saw toothde high speed dispersing blades are positioned to create an excellent dispersion of most products.To assist with the material discharge a pneumatic valve is utilised, driven by a conveying pump at the bottom of the vessel. The end product can be directly into suitable contatiners ready for despatch.The unit is easily cleaned and manufantured in statinless steel facilitating the use of both solvent based and water based syatems.The machine is site mounted on a steel platform. |
